ZYC120 T-works mini piling machine for the precast concrete spun pile and square pile without vibration
1. Product description :
The traditional driving of precast piles still dominates the world by hydraulic hammer or diesel hammer. However, because of regulations and environmental issues , hammer is not a good choice to do piling work in the city duo to its noice , vibration and pollution.
Pressing pile or jacking pile by hydraulic instead of hammering the high quality precast concrete piles unites the advantages of the piles with those of pushing. Noise is much reduced to a minimum and no vibrations are caused. In partucular in urban areas this is favorable. Of course, the cost is much lower than bored pile too.
The mini piling machine can press the precast concrete pile from 150mm to 350mm for square pile, 200mm to 350mm for round pile. It also can push or press the tube, triangle pile, H-pile, etc by changing its jaws inside of the clamping box. The side jack in mechanism can do the half capacity of center piling.
The capacity for this mini piling machine is 120ton.
the lifting crane available is from 8T, lifting 12meters of pile.

Sepcial Side piling mechanism can reach at least 50% of center piling capacity, sharing the same clamping box and jaws with center. It can push the triangle pile, square pile, round pile, H- pile, and other shapes.

After shipment, the machine has to be assembled using the instructions and maybe with help of our employees as usual , This takes one or two days, after which a trainning can be given in working with the hydraulic pile pusher.
This is a special design for its cabin which is good for crane transporation .
